How secure are the units?
You have the key and we have a sophisticated security system at our warehouse.
How many units will I need?
Can you be flexible on delivery / pick up times?
Yes – we’re flexible so it suits you, talk to us and arrange a time.
What happens if I don’t fill a unit?
You still pay for the full unit.
Can Storage2U pack the unit for me?
Yes, on request and confirmation of quotation.
How long do I have to load the unit?
Up to 48 hours.
How quickly can I order a unit?
Immediately if the unit size is available.
Do I have to be there when the unit is delivered?
No, provided we know where to deliver, your initial payment has been received and the contract has been signed.
How is the unit moved?
In a covered trailer.
Do you pick up and deliver in the weekends?
Yes
What are your hours?
9am to 4pm,Monday to Friday
Outside these hours by arrangement.
What if I need access to my unit?
Simply phone or email 24 hours before you need access.
Are there any hidden charges?
No
How can I make a payment?
Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos or direct debit.
Do I need insurance?

What are the sizes of the units?

Are there any restrictions as to what I can load?
Yes. Refer to contract.
Will the unit damage my driveway?
No
Can I get a box made for special items such as art?
Yes, you just need to have a flat spot in your main box.
How do I secure goods inside the containers?
There are tie down points inside the containers for securing goods
What happens in the event of a fire?
The warehouse has smoke and fire alarms which are monitored. We do recommend you take out and insurance
cover for your goods being held in storage.
